  • The bus station is not responsible for changes in carriers bus schedules
  • The station is not responsible for the lack of tickets sale at the ticket offices,
    due to the failure to sign a cooperation agreement regarding the sale of tickets
    by the Carrier.
  • The bus station is not responsible for luggage loss on the station.

Ticket Offices at the Poznań Main Bus Station are selling tickets for domestic and international routes – additional information about destinations, bus companies and the ticket prices will be provided by employees at the Ticket Offices. 

Also at the Poznań Main Bus Station passengers can purchase a paper and electronic (PEKA) tickets for city public transport.

Ticket Offices are selling international tickets – additional information about destinations, bus companies and the ticket prices will be provided by employees at the Ticket Offices.

Tickets for extended period of time are available only in Ticket Office no. 1.

It is possible to return a single ticket only when:

    • the Carrier’s failure to complete the scheduled course -100% price refund
    • the scheduled course is delayed – 100% price refund
    • the passenger’s resignation from the transport service notified at least 15 minutes before the bus departure time – refund after deduction of handling fee.

The decision to make a refund, in cases other than those indicated above, is made by the Course Organizer on individual passenger’s request.

The bus station’s ticket office confirms, on the reverse of the ticket, that the ticket has not been used – by entering the date, time and signature of the Cashier (or Traffic Dispatcher).
If the course is carried out in hours when ticket offices are closed,
non-use of a ticket must be confirmed by the Traffic Dispatcher or the Bus Station Manager.
